Our Domestic Cleaners are available from 8:00 until 19:00. On some occasions, depending on location (mainly), the Cleaners can arrive by 7:00-7:30 in the morning. This arrangement would be agreed with the Client and the Cleaner after consideration of the circumstances. Please contact us for enquiries out of working hours to find a solution for you.

Our Commercial Cleaners are available for early morning slots from 6:00 (before office working hours) and for late evening slots from 18:00 (after office working hours), depending on your requirements.

The Client can specify the cleaning day and time. If it is a Regular Domestic Cleaning the assigned Cleaner will visit the property on the same day and time, suitable to the Client. Luxenta Cleaning will discuss with the Client all requirements prior the booking/ initial session and will do the best to accommodate your request.

No, that is not required. The Cleaners are fully vetted and insured, as well as experienced and reliable so that you can leave your assigned Cleaner to complete the cleaning unsupervised. By your choosing you can provide your Cleaner with keys or make sure you will arrange access to the property at the agreed time.

You can give keys to your assigned Cleaner, who is the key holder. Our Cleaners have been vetted, insured and reference checked. You can rely on us to keep your home safe and secure, while working on your premises.

The same Domestic Cleaner will be assigned on every visit, except in the events of holiday and sick leave. On these occasions a replacement cleaner will be arranged, if required by the Client. We guarantee for the efficiency of the replacement staff, who will be fully instructed on your requirements.
Please note that depending on the availability the substitute cleaning might be completed on a different day.

Luxenta Cleaning offer ironing service separately or as part of the Domestic cleaning. Our staff is trained to iron 8-10 shirts per hour. All fabrics will be treated accordingly to avoid any damage. We iron shirts, T-shirts, trousers, dresses, skirts, underwear and socks, bedding, towels, table clothes or else upon client's request.

Ironing guidelines:
8-10 Shirts / 1 hour
1 set of Bed linen / 30 minutes
10 pair of Jeans, Trousers / 1 hour

Minimum 2 hours per booking (only Ironing service).
No time limit as part of Regular Domestic cleaning.

Luxenta Cleaning Limited is fully insured with Liability Policy insurance. We take full responsibility for any damages/breakages caused during the cleaning. The Client should report within 24 hours after the cleaning service has been completed. Please read full information in our Terms and Conditions/ Liability "Section 6".

Domestic Cleaning:
The Client will receive a list with recommended cleaning supplies, which are required for the Domestic cleaning on weekly or fortnightly basis. On occasion your assigned Cleaner can get all cleaning products for an additional price (using your equipment/ vacuum cleaner and mop).

One Off Cleanings:
Luxenta Cleaning can provide cleaning supplies for One Off cleanings. For more information please contact us.

In the event of a complain please inform the office within 24 hours of completion. The cleaner will re-clean the areas in question free of charge. We do our best to provide the highest quality of cleaning service and make sure to hear back from you after the session to ensure that you are fully satisfied and happy.

For all regular Domestic cleaning services, Luxenta Cleaning requires notice of 30 days to terminate their agreement with the Client, in which event all cleaning appointments scheduled in this period stand. In the event of immediate cancellation penalty fees apply.

The payment for the cleaning service can be arranged by cash or by bank transfer.

In case you prefer to pay by bank for your Domestic cleaning on weekly or fortnightly basis, you will receive the bank details for a split payment between Luxenta Cleaning and the Cleaner as self employed. All charges are included in the cleaning rates and there are no hidden extra charges. For more information about the rates check out Prices.
